Life moves fast. And sometimes, without even noticing, we end up living on autopilot — going through the motions, ticking boxes, but not really feeling at home in our own lives.

 

Rooted Connection is a 1 hour gentle pause in your month. 

 

A space to slow down, get grounded, and remember what it feels like to just be — without the pressure to perform or have it all figured out.

 

This is community. Real, warm, human connection in a world that can feel increasingly isolating.

What you can expect

Each month, we gather online for 1 hour together. You can expect:

  • A blanket, a journal, and a pen 
  • An open mind and heart 

 

That's it. You don't need to have anything together. You just need to show up.

What would I need to bring to the session?

A journal and pen and anything that makes you feel comfortable and cosy

Are the sessions recorded?

No. This space is for those who show up exactly as they are — to connect with themselves and each other without any playback

CAN I ASK QUESTIONS THROUGHOUT THE SESSION?

Yes! For the first 30 minutes, the session is as quiet or interactive as you want!

What if I have never meditated before?

No bother! My guided meditations are for the absolute beginners as much as it’s for the seasoned meditator…it’s a journey and all you have to do is follow my voice and breathe. 

What if I’m no good at journalling? 

That’s the story you’ve told yourself. All you need is to come with an open mind and follow the journalling guidance — we will start with small steps. 

Can I join with my camera off?

If you really need to yes. But I encourage everyone to keep their cameras on for the first half — we don’t care if your background is messy or if your hair needs to be brushed….we just care that you’re present!
